Business Phone Numbers, Technology, Meteor ShowerGoogle Maps iPhone app launches as Obama petitioned to create a Death Star to create jobs…

The last few weeks of the year are shaping up to be extremely busy as technology trends hustle to concrete themselves as dominating forces in 2013.

Google Maps just hit the iPhone as a new mobile app, following the potentially life threatening mess Apple created when it rolled out its own map system earlier this year. This new app built from scratch promises to put Google even further ahead in the maps race. However, what most should be watching is how Google Sky technology will develop as we move into doing business in the celestial skies.

New surveys show small business confidence rocked by the looming ObamaCare tax and fiscal cliff, leading more than a few entrepreneurs to grab up additional toll free numbers and prepare to head offshore.

Most have probably heard of Peter Thiel’s Blueseed project which aims to create a floating business haven off the coast of San Francisco. However, Obama may have another ace up his sleeve to boost the economy yet.

A new White House petition to begin raising funding and starting construction on a Death Star to maintain space superiority and create jobs has been picking up a lot of steam. In fact the signatures supporting the move of beginning building our own Death Star in the next three years have virtually doubled in the last couple of days, ensuring it is taken to the next level.

Perhaps a Richard Branson or Peter Thiel could roll out their own private space station as a haven for startups before the Star Wars style Death Star is complete but that doesn’t mean the empire will allow space bound entrepreneurs to go un-taxed.

Those gazing at the stars tonight, wondering how long before a man-made planet ruins their views or deciding where to plan their celestial startup will get a real treat with the sky being lit up by shooting stars. While the activity may have peaked last night, thanks to a new moon, views of the current Geminid meteor shower and as many as 80 shooting stars and hour will provide a spectacular night time show.

Just don’t forget where to grab your toll free business phone numbers when you launch your space startup or land a contract to work on the Death Star.
