Suspiciously Cheap 855 “Reservation Systems”

Several companies out there are offering an “855 reservation” for $10 or less. But most of these companies aren’t actually reserving anything. Read the fine print and you’ll find out that they are just going to call up a telephone company and hope that the telephone company will reserve the numbers (most through their incredibly slow connections) for you. That’s a risk our clients just aren't willing to take.

These “reservation” companies are basically offering an administrative service that makes the chance of your getting your 855 numbers really slim. In the end, you won't have your money or the number you want, but you definitely will risk someone else beating you to the numbers you desire. These reservation companies even allow a number to be reserved MORE THAN ONCE! How is that going to work? Obviously, you should be leery of any system that allows reservation of a number more than once.
