Once you have decided to have us search for a number, we’ll send you a Search Application Form. The information you provide on the Search Application helps us determine your search criteria.

Use your Search Application to provide us with a list of possible toll free number combinations. We are happy to help you compile the list or make suggestions about possible alternatives to make the toll free number search process more successful. The more flexible you are with the words or numbers combinations you are looking for, the more likely it is we will be able to perform your toll free number search within your budget parameters. The Budgetary Expense is a variable cost directly connected to the value of the individual toll free number or numbers you are trying to secure. This is an actual expense incurred on your behalf and we do not take a commission or surcharge from this amount.

Budgetary Expense is paid by our client directly to the organization that currently owns the number. This amount is usually determined by how the number is currently being used by the current owner. For example, it is easier to obtain a number that is not currently in use versus a number that is linked to a multi-million dollar campaign generating thousands of phone calls each day.

We are experts at helping our clients determine what type of phone number would be best for your campaign. We can give you an educated budgetary expense estimate to help you select numbers that have the best possibility of being secured within your budget. If during the toll free search process we encounter opportunities that will provide greater return for your business, but might cost a bit more, we will let you know so that you can make informed choices.

Once you have outlined your toll free number search criteria and return your signed Search Application, our Search Team will review the application and let you know if we will able to execute the toll free number search within your defined criteria The first thing they will look at is whether or not your budgetary expense will accommodate the toll free number(s) you are looking for.

We have a very high success rate for securing numbers for our clients. The reason for this is simple: we do not accept every search request. Your carrier will ask you to complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA) giving us permission to transfer the number to their RespOrg.

AT&T, MCI, Sprint, Qwest and most large long distance carriers own their own RespOrg. This industry is highly regulated and information regarding telephone numbers is confidential. Once we secure the number at our RespOrg, we will send you the final invoice for the balance of our consulting fees. Upon receipt, we will transfer the number to your carrier of choice.
